Foundation of Statistics

by Nicolas Berger

Pre-requisites: The lectures should be mostly self-contained. Some basic knowledge of particle physics measurements techniques can be useful as this will form the basis of examples discussed in the lectures. Some knowledge of elementary statistics could similarly be useful, but is not required.

The Q&A session for this course will take place on Thursday, 9 July 2020 at 15:00 (Europe/Zurich).  Please note that registration is compulsory for the Q&A session (deadline: 24h prior to the Q&A). We encourage you to submit question(s) to the speaker via the same registration form. However, live questions will also be allowed at the end of the session.
